Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Overview

By subscribing to Em’s Gems, you agree to receive a recurring order of our baked goods according to your chosen plan (weekly or monthly). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel in accordance with this policy.

2. Subscription Options

We currently offer the following subscription plans:

• Weekly Subscription – Fresh treats delivered every week.

• Monthly Subscription – Once per month on the first week of the month

3. Billing & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed automatically based on your selected plan interval (weekly or monthly).

• Payments are processed using the payment method provided at checkout.

• All prices are listed in GBP£ and include/exclude applicable taxes as stated at checkout.

• If payment fails, we’ll notify you by email. If payment is not completed within 2 days, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

4. Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made at least 4 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

• To cancel, log into your account or contact us at emsgems06@gmail.com ensuring you use the same email registered to your account.

• Once a payment has been processed, cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle.

5. Skipping or Pausing Deliveries

We understand life happens!
You may skip a delivery or pause your subscription for up to 2 months. Please notify us at least 3 days in advance of your next scheduled delivery.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are perishable and freshly made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been prepared or shipped.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damage, missing items, or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hoursof delivery so we can make it right.

7. Delivery & Pickup

• Deliveries ate collected by Royal Mail on Wednesday mornings and posted with 24hr Tracked - please ensure you keep track of your parcel and delivery time once contacted by Royal Mail.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery; we cannot replace items left unattended after the delivery window.

• Ems Gems is not liable for any damage to goods made once the product has been collected by the delivery service.

8. Subscription Changes

You may update your subscription preferences (e.g., plan type, frequency, address, payment method) at any time via your account or by contacting us.
All changes must be made before your next billing date to take effect for that cycle.

9. Communication

By subscribing, you agree to receive communications related to your subscription, including reminders, updates, and occasional product announcements. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Subscription Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our subscription service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
